Consultation:
During a consultation with Josh Thom, your trained SMP practitioner, he will assess the extent of your hair loss and discuss your goals and expectations for the procedure. Josh will also discuss the potential risks and benefits of Micro Scalp Pigmentation with you.
Preporation:
Prior to the procedure, Josh will ready your skin in anticipation of your SMP session. On the treatment day, he will trim your hair to a minimal length to guarantee even application of the pigment.
Pigmentation:
Using a specialized device, pigment will be infused into the scalp in a manner that replicates the appearance of short, shaved hair. This pigment is inserted into the outer skin layer and is formulated to gradually fade, hence periodic touch-ups may be essential to uphold the desired outcome. Generally, each treatment comprises three sessions spaced out to facilitate healing.
Aftercare:
Following the procedure, the Josh will offer guidance on caring for the treated area. Adhering to these instructions diligently is crucial to achieving optimal results.
